I would love to look at some major gym/weight lifting companies entrance data to see the New Year's Resolutions peak in January and slowly decline thereafter.
I imagine the model would not be too surprising, but the rate of attrition would be fun to watch.
Hey, I'm 4 for 4 on days I have gone to the gym. I mean, I have belonged to the gym for four days and I have worked out all four of those days.
ReplyDeleteGood for you Jamie! Keep it up, don't become a statistic.
ReplyDeleteI used to use NME's gym now and again. I stopped going the first few weeks in January for the crowds.
ReplyDeleteWhen I leave in the morning, 5:30-6:00, this time of the year there are alot more walkers out. I've noticed a this for the past few years.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I will. Mine has nothing to do with New Years resolutions and everything to do with my doctor giving me the ok to exercise after my 6 week resting period. Glad the gym daycare takes infants!
ReplyDeleteI'll only stop going so often when I lose 20 pounds.
